Arrears Threshold: 60-day delinquency
Reinstatement: Obligor is given 30 days’ notice before action occurs and is entitled to an administrative hearing. Within that time, the obligor can pay the arrears in full or agree to and comply with a payment schedule that requires the obligor to make monthly child support payments towards the amount overdue in an amount equal to 25% of the obligor’s current monthly child support obligation.
