Welcome to Georgia Family Law Reform! I hope you will take some time to look at the website.

Issues in family law are a human rights and equality struggle. For children, it is a right to develop meaningful relationships with both of their parents. For parents, it is a right to be equally treated in the eyes of the court. It is a right to not be judge against government-imposted parenting standards. It transcends race and socio-economic backgrounds.

The goal is to educate the public about Family Law so they may have more productive conversations with friends, family and legislators.

While 'Georgia' is in the name, the trends in Georgia echo throughout the rest of the country. Therefore, I have spent considerable effort to provide information on other states.

I hope you will agree that the information here cannot be found in any other single location. And if you like, please feel free to help us out by donating your time or money!
